I had the absolute worst experience ever yesterday at Crystal ‘s salon in Baldwinsville New York. The stylist name happens to be Crystal like the owner. That was her first day and I had no clue. She messed my hair up so bad. I left there in tears. Crystal lied to me and said she had 20 years of blonde experience. She specifically said she was a blonde expert!! There is no way that anyone with that much experience would have messed up this bad! I’m not even a certified stylist and I can do my own hair better.She was so unsocial the whole time I sat in her chair. She probably said 10 words to me the entire three hours that she screwed up my hair. I did not want to pay for the services that she performed in my hair and she threatened to call the police on me so I paid I want a full refund for my hair. I had to pay double and have my hair fixed somewhere else. Crystal told me to bring cash Or only cash app for payment…Not sure why. I’m so grateful Stacey Smithler reached out to me and her girl Scarlett Slays Hair fixed my hair for me! It looks absolutely beautiful and I feel so much better. It’s not 100 percent done but to fix Crystals catastrophe job that she did on my hair it’s going to take more than one visit. I am beyond grateful for Stacey’s permanent solutions for fixing my hair, thank you so much!
Never have a bad hair day again! Crystal is not only talented and knowledge, she has a special way of making you feel like you’re a celebrity! She excels in patience, bringing the inner beauty to the surface. Erika is an artist with hair color! She takes careful consideration studying your face shape, hair texture and natural hairline before she brings your hair to the next level. My Husband and my daughter both go to Crystal as well. I highly recommend Crystal’s Salon.
